The Firm is excited to announce that, effective July 1, 2023, the Firm's Managing Member, Nicholas Vail, has been appointed to the Colorado Bar Association’s Business Law Section Executive Council as an At Large Council Member.

The Business Law Section Executive Council is responsible for, among other things, (i) providing information and assistance to practitioners in corporate, partnership, commercial, and banking law throughout Colorado and (ii) sponsoring an ongoing program of monitoring and updating corporate, partnership, securities, and other business-oriented laws, such as the Colorado Corporation Code, the Colorado Securities Act, and the Uniform Commercial Code, through cooperation with the Colorado Secretary of State and other government and administrative agencies.

Mr. Vail will serve an initial two year term.
